Email info@zenonetwork.xyz with the subject Zeno Network Account Deletion Request.
Please send the request from the email address connected to your Zeno account when possible and state that you want the Zeno account and associated app data permanently deleted. To protect users from unauthorized deletion, we may ask you to verify control of the account/email before processing the request.
The Zeno deletion process removes the Firebase Authentication identity and Zeno-owned profile/app data associated with the account, including protected reward/referral state, app-specific user subcollections, Zeno’s stored Premium-purchase linkage, leaderboard entry, and withdrawal-request records associated with that account.
Withdrawals and KYC onboarding are disabled in production release v1.14. The app does not collect identity documents in this release.
Independent providers such as Google may retain information they control where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or their published retention policies. Deleting a Zeno account does not delete the user’s separate Google account.
