Zeno Network (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Zeno Network Android application. This policy explains the information used by the app, why it is used, how account and reward data are protected, and how users can request deletion.
Depending on the features you use, the app may process:
Information is used to authenticate accounts, provide app features, maintain reward/referral state, verify Premium purchases, prevent fraud or duplicate claims, improve reliability, provide analytics, display ads where permitted, and protect backend services.
Legacy Zeno points: in-app account history retained for existing users. Withdrawal/redemption is disabled in production release v1.14. A future release may introduce redemption only after a dedicated KYC/payout workflow, eligibility controls, applicable disclosures and compliance requirements are implemented.
Engagement XP: non-withdrawable engagement credit awarded through daily, referral, task, video and rewarded-ad activities. Engagement XP is not cash, cryptocurrency, a gift card, or transferable value.
Withdrawals and KYC onboarding are disabled in v1.14. This release does not collect identity documents. If a future version enables redemption, the feature will require trusted server-side eligibility controls and any required identity/KYC and payout processes before it is made available.
The app uses Google services including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Analytics, Firebase App Check / Play Integrity, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), and Google User Messaging Platform (consent/privacy choices). These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Google’s privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Where required, the app requests advertising consent before requesting ads. Users can also open the in-app Privacy & Policy screen and select Manage Ad Privacy Options.
Protected reward, referral, Premium and withdrawal-related fields are not directly writable by the Android client. Sensitive mutations are handled by trusted Firebase Cloud Functions, Firestore Security Rules restrict client access, and App Check / Play Integrity is used for sensitive backend calls. No internet or electronic-storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

The in-app deletion backend removes the Firebase Authentication identity and Zeno-owned app data associated with the account, including protected reward/referral state, app-specific user subcollections, Premium-purchase linkage stored by Zeno, leaderboard entry, and withdrawal-request records associated with that account.
Independent providers such as Google may retain information they control where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal obligations, or their published retention policies. Deleting a Zeno account does not delete the user’s separate Google account.
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by service providers used to operate the app (for example Google/Firebase/AdMob/Google Play) as necessary for the features described above, or disclosed when required by applicable law.
Zeno Network is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly create a service intended to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
We may update this policy when app features or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
